Position:

 An Electrical Project Manager plans and oversees the construction of projects from beginning to end. This position is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers and employees to managing personnel, safety, and project success and timeliness.

Duties:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
• Manage and direct labor while managing projects
• Build business relationships while working with clients and contractors
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and scope

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Electrical Project Management experience, or related experience
• Commercial and Industrial Experience
• Experience with estimating software such as Accubid, preferably Enterprise Estimating Software.
• Experience in managing a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects.
• Strong purchasing and negotiation skills and experience.

Compensation:

• $75K, based on experience, negotiable
