Entry-Level Client Representative

We are thrilled to be opening our first  USA office in downtown Charlotte, NC! We contribute to the well-being of communities, staff members, clients and customers alike. Our company focus is aimed towards the implementation of transparent funding projects on behalf of our global partners. We are searching for ambitious individuals to grow alongside us as we launch our first Charlotte office.

Our Client Representative team creates a memorable experience for our customers by enthusiastically engaging with them in order to provide support, solutions, and to facilitate ongoing relationships between clients and customers. Our Representatives adhere to company policies and procedure to work efficiently in a multi-faceted environment. A successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for customer service as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. We do not require any particular education, experience or qualifications- we embrace all candidates with ambition and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect in-person and build rapport with a variety of customers
  • Update client database with accurate customer profiles
  • Perform basic administrative duties
  • Seek out and engage with potential prospects
  • Attend daily board meetings
  • Contribute to the success of the office
  • Develop creative marketing strategy on behalf of client campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Completed high school diploma or higher
  • Customer Service experience is considered an asset
  • Must be computer literate
  • Strong listening and communication skills, professional manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
